You can cancel an order within 10 minutes of placing it. To do this, log in to your account and go to the “Orders Processing” section under “My Account.” You will see a “Cancel” button with a countdown timer for orders still being processed. Click this button and choose your reason for cancellation. The order will be removed from the “Orders Processing” list upon successful cancellation.
Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed after the 10-minute window, as the order may have already been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy. If the 10-minute period has elapsed, contact Customer Service at support@medicurerx.com or call +1-302-703-7458 to request order cancellation.
Also, canceling a subscription to AutoReorder does not affect any orders already placed; it only stops future AutoReorders from being processed.
