Prescription Medication Ordering Terms

As a licensed pharmacy based in Florence, KY, medicurerx.com is required to adhere to all federal and state regulations for dispensing prescription medications. We comply with the relevant laws from both Kentucky and the state where the prescription is being shipped.

When you click the “Place Order” button, you confirm that you either have a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. prescriber that you will send to our pharmacy, a prescription on file with another U.S. pharmacy that can be transferred, or you expect that your prescriber will provide us with a valid prescription for the medications you are ordering.

If you or your prescriber do not provide a valid prescription, we may charge a non-refundable processing fee of 5% of the order amount, with a minimum of $1.00. If the order cannot be processed within 45 days, it will be canceled.

It is illegal to attempt to obtain prescription medication without submitting a valid prescription. We will not dispense medication without proper documentation and will take legal action against fraudulent prescriptions.

Prescriptions must come from an actively licensed prescriber in the U.S. medicurerx.com reserves the right to refuse service based on state regulations or individual circumstances.

We are authorized to sell prescriptions in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. When laws differ between Kentucky and your state, we follow the stricter regulations.

For urgent needs, we recommend using a local pharmacy.

Patient Authorization

This agreement governs the transactions between medicurerx.com (the “Pharmacy”) and the individual (the “Patient”) concerning the products and services offered. By agreeing, the Patient confirms:

  1. They are of legal age and have provided accurate personal and health information, consenting to its use by the Pharmacy. They have had a physical examination within the last year, or do not need one.
  2. All Products are sold and dispensed in accordance with Kentucky law and U.S. regulations.
  3. The Pharmacy is authorized to act on their behalf to obtain valid prescriptions, package, and deliver medications. This includes using personal information as necessary and may involve disclosure to a physician if required.
  4. The Pharmacy operates legally within its jurisdiction, and medications are FDA-approved for sale there. Ownership of the medications transfers to the Patient when they leave the Pharmacy. All agreements and disputes will be governed by the laws of the Pharmacy’s jurisdiction.
