All orders are dispatched from our facility in Florence, KY. We provide free shipping on all prescription orders, including those to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Over-the-counter orders over $15.00 also qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday to valid addresses within the United States and US Territories.

Medications requiring temperature control, such as insulin, are shipped via Next Day Air. These shipments are dispatched Monday through Thursday to ensure proper temperature management.
