1. Prescription & Medication Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medications once they have been shipped.

This includes:

  • Prescription medications

  • Over-the-counter medicines

  • Health supplements

  • Opened or sealed pharmaceutical products

For safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned medicines.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • Or a refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
